Waste Watchers LLC Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Waste Watchers LLC provides dog waste removal services on either a one-time or subscription basis. Subscription services are available in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options. Each service includes:

• Dog waste removal

• Double-bagging of waste to minimize odor

• Disposal of waste in the client's designated waste bin

• Application of a sanitizing spray following waste removal

An initial cleanup fee of $50 may apply to all subscription services.

By accepting this agreement, I authorize Waste Watchers LLC and its representatives to enter my property to perform the services I have selected. I acknowledge that service dates and times may be subject to change due to inclement weather, routing adjustments, or other unforeseen circumstances. Waste Watchers LLC will notify me promptly if a service date or time needs to be rescheduled.

2. Payment Structure

I understand that I will be charged on a monthly basis for subscription services, and payments will be automatically processed until canceled. All payments are made securely via the SweepandGo app or website, and charges will be based on the service selected—whether a one-time cleanup or a recurring subscription.

To ensure the continued quality and sustainability of services, Waste Watchers LLC reserves the right to implement price adjustments on an annual basis. I will receive 30 days’ notice prior to any price changes, and my continued use of the services after receiving the notice will signify acceptance of the new rates. If I do not accept the new pricing, I may cancel my subscription or service in accordance with the cancellation policy.

3. Service Area

Waste Watchers LLC currently provides services in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. The service area may be subject to change based on client demand and service area volume. Additional locations may be added in the future.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are processed up front at the time of subscribing to a service or scheduling a one-time cleanup. Subscription cancellations must be submitted 48 hours prior to the next scheduled service date to avoid being charged for that service. Cancellations can be processed through the SweepandGo app or website.

5. Client Satisfaction

If I am not fully satisfied with the services provided, I am encouraged to reach out to Waste Watchers LLC through the contact information provided on www.wastewatchersaz.com. Waste Watchers LLC is committed to ensuring that concerns are addressed and will work to rectify any issues. Refunds are not provided; however, if I remain unsatisfied with the resolution, I have the option to cancel my subscription.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service, I agree to provide unobstructed access to all areas where waste removal is necessary. This includes ensuring that gates are accessible and that no physical or visual barriers obstruct access to the areas where waste removal is to be performed. Failure to provide adequate access may result in a missed or incomplete service, and Waste Watchers LLC is not responsible for missed waste removal under these circumstances.

Additionally, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the environment is safe for Waste Watchers LLC representatives. I will remove any hazardous materials, aggressive animals, or other dangerous items from the service area. Failure to do so may result in a missed service, and I acknowledge that I am legally responsible for covering all costs if an injury occurs due to my negligence. If my property is deemed unsafe for service, a missed service may occur without refund or credit.

7. Liability and Insurance

By allowing Waste Watchers LLC to enter my property to perform services, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure a safe and accessible environment. This includes, but is not limited to, removing potentially harmful objects, hazardous materials, and ensuring that animals are safely contained.

In the event that an injury occurs to a Waste Watchers LLC representative due to unsafe conditions on my property, I agree to cover any costs involved. Waste Watchers LLC is not liable for any indirect damages, personal injuries, or property damage that occurs as a result of conditions outside their control, such as weather, client negligence, or animal behavior.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Waste Watchers LLC takes customer privacy seriously. Customer information is securely stored and used solely for internal record-keeping purposes. Payment information is securely processed through the SweepandGo platform and is not shared with any third parties.

9. Termination of Service

I may cancel my subscription or one-time service at any time by providing 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled service. Cancellations may be completed via the Sweep&Go app or website.

In the event of a missed service due to Waste Watchers LLC's error (e.g., scheduling mistake or oversight), a make-up visit will be scheduled, or a credit will be issued toward the next service. If the service is missed due to reasons outside of Waste Watchers LLC’s control, such as inclement weather or external factors, I understand that no credits or refunds will be issued.

10. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waste Watchers LLC, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Any injury, harm, or damage caused by my negligence, or failure to maintain a safe environment, such as failure to remove hazardous materials, aggressive animals, or other dangerous conditions on the property.

• Any damage or loss to property or personal injury resulting from my failure to provide unobstructed access to the areas where service is to be performed.

• Any actions or omissions by me or third parties (such as visitors, contractors, or other residents) that result in harm, damage, or delays during the provision of services by Waste Watchers LLC.
